Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Sapna Beauty collects when you book a treatment or use this website, why we need it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Sapna Beauty is a home beauty service covering SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9, SW10, SW11 and SW12. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at info@sapnabeauty.co.uk or on 07776 561444.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, phone number and email address when you call, text or email us.
- Your address — so we can come to your home for the appointment you book.
- Booking details — the treatments you choose, dates and times, and any notes about your appointment.
- Health information you choose to tell us — for example allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions that affect whether a treatment is safe for you.
Why we use it
- To arrange, confirm and carry out your appointments, and to contact you about them (this is needed to provide the service you ask for).
- To make sure treatments are safe and suitable for you. We only use health information with your consent, and only for this purpose.
- To keep basic records of the treatments we provide, as required for insurance and good practice.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.
Who we share it with
We only share your information when we have to: with the company that hosts this website, with professional advisers or insurers where needed, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and treatment records for as long as you are a client and for up to six years after your last appointment, in case of questions or claims. Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
This website and cookies
This website does not ask you to enter personal information and does not use advertising cookies. Your browser may store small technical cookies needed for the site to work. If you follow our links to Instagram or Facebook, those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
